Raymond is a management accountant specialising in logistics with 35 years’ experience in a range of industries, ten years with Norbrook Laboratories with overall responsibility for customer services, production planning, packaging, warehouse and distribution with an annual freight budget of £5m GBP, managing in excess of 100 staff.

He has extensive customs clearance experience. A CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) holder and transport manager of a road haulage and freight forwarding company.
